Welcome to Richmond Fencing Club!  There is no prior experience or knowledge necessary for you to start learning how to fence. All you need is a Starter Membership, which costs $150 and is good for ten classes of group instruction in one of our hour-long weekly class (which you will need to use within three months of getting started). Your Starter Membership also includes your own fencing glove, which is yours to keep, and free use of all other equipment required for class.

To sign up for one of our ongoing beginner classes, please fill out the registration form to the right.  To determine which class is right for you, please visit our Class Descriptions page.  Payment is due by the first day of class and may be in the form of a check made out to Richmond Fencing Club or credit card.  You will be contacted via e-mail to confirm your registration and address any questions you may have within two business days.  A class must have a minimum of four students registered to take place and registration closes at twelve students.

To participate in one of our ongoing, intermediate or competitive-level classes, you must have completed our Beginner Fencing Class or the equivalent.  Contact one of the coaches or send us an e-mail at info@richmondfencing.com to find which class is appropriate for you.
